Find a counselor
There is nothing wrong with you
When it comes to mental health there is a lot of stigma and shame around it, that seeking helps means we’re weak or that something is wrong with us. That is not true. All of us have ups and downs and our lives become both richer and easier when we seek the support we’re needing. Partnering with a counselor is a sign of courage and strength.
Non-judgment
One of the beauties of working with a counselor is the non-judgemental space they hold. An environment where you can share your fears, speak your dreams, and be real.
Emotional support
Life is hard. Motherhood is hard. Our counselors are here to make you feel seen, heard, and understood. They genuinely care and are here to help you live your life your way.
Powerful tips & advice
Sometimes being asked questions isn’t enough and what we need is a more direct sense of direction. Part of the role of a counselor is to reflect things back and challenge your way of thinking.
