 What is a coach?

Coaching is, as defined by the ICF, a partnership where client and coach engage in a thought-provoking and co-creative process that inspires the client to maximize their personal and professional potential. Our coaches are here to help you come up with your own solutions, hold non-judgmental space, offer guidance, and ask you powerful questions to help you move forward in your life.

Tanya Dickson

About: Tanya is a mom of a rambunctious 4-year-old, a Life Design Coach for Moms, and a (soon to be) Corporate Culture Design Trainer who is all about living holistically. I come from the beautiful republic of Trinidad and Tobago but Dominica has been my home away from home for the last 6 years.

Specialty: I know what it’s like to be that executive Mom who no longer knows who you are post-pregnancy and feels like you’ve lost control over your life. I also know what it’s like to work in an organization where you lack confidence in the leadership and are surrounded by unengaged staff that have lost the commitment to their jobs. Through that time, I developed and adapted strategies to help myself and other high achieving Moms and I continue to learn how best I can provide a safe space, accountability, and a sounding board to my partners in life and corporate culture design.
